Lorin's Corner

Planning wedding receptions is extremely rewarding for me.  During the process, I have been fortunate enough to get to know my clients and see them through the anxious journey of getting to the chapel!  I work with brides that come from all over, local residents as well as from other states.  A couple of years ago I had the opportunity to work with a bride from Russia, and her Italian fiancee.  This very stylish and handsome couple could honestly be featured on the cover of every wedding magazine out there (and they'd sell a million copies!).  Aside from being gorgeous and fabulous, they were so very kind and appreciative.  I wanted to share the letter I received from them, as aside from being the typical thank you note, it reminds me of the importance of making a connection with someone.  It is easy to get caught up with the details and create a beautiful looking and delicious tasting reception, but to know that it all matters to someone on a personal level is what makes it all worth while!

Hello Lorin!

Chris and I were watching a video of our wedding with our friends from Italy this Thanksgiving and we talked about you and your catering company and how we 2 years ago met you for the first time and how wonderfully you planned that special day for us. So I've decided to send you this email and thank you one more time for doing such a wonderful job!
We were so pleased that now we are highly recommending you to our friends and family in case they need a great catering and party planning. I think you do have copies of our wedding photos as a proof of that.  Have a wonderful holiday season!

Sincerely,
Olga and Chris
