Gazpacho Shooters

  • 2 Cucumbers, peeled 
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • 4 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 32 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 4 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 oz. Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:  Combine all ingredients, puree and chill.  Present in shot glasses with cucumber garnish.
