Overall Wedding Costs based on style

Based on the variety of wedding styles we have encountered at Catering Works, here are some cost categories to consider.  All cost estimates include Food, Beverage, Floral, Decor, Rentals & Service.  Keep in mind, there are no "cookie cutter" weddings, everyone has a unique style and circumstances which may or may not dictate the final costs.  These ideas are just a starting point to help you visualize possibilities.  Your Catering Consultant can prepare a very comprehensive and competitively priced proposal customized just for you.

Simple & Traditional

A simple and traditional affair may include cocktail hour with appetizers, buffet service, beer & wine bar, ceremony flowers (4 attendants each side), bouquets and low profile centerpieces, clean and simple tabletop accessories, white buttercream cake, event manager, beer & wine attendants and core service team.  Average wedding 125 guests, inclusive price range 10 - 15 K


Signature Look

Signature style may include interactive stations, cocktail hour with passed appetizers or more elaborate display, full bar, upgraded table top accessories, ceremony flowers (6 - 8 attendants each side), bouquets and medium profile centerpieces, trendy style wedding cake with embellishments (naked cake shown), unique dessert displays, event manager, full bartenders, station attendants core catering team. Average wedding 125 - 150 guests, inclusive pricing 15 - 20 K


Opulent Glamour

Opulent glamour incorporates the top of the line selections and may include: passed appetizers in unique formats (seafood box shown), sit down dinner service, full bar with specialty cocktails (his & hers shown below), luxe table top accessories, ceremony florals (8 or more attendants each side), elaborate bouquets and high style centerpieces, detailed event decor & styling, fondant and sculpted wedding cakes and dessert displays, event manager, on-site chefs (in some instances), wine stewards, full bar attendants, core catering team. Average wedding guests 150 & up, inclusive pricing 25K & up.
