Catering Works: The Next Chapter

Moving into the new fiscal year on August 1, our goal is realigning the company mission, to a culture that puts hospitality first, and the principles of Will Guidara's book Unreasonable Hospitality.

Our leadership team has already obtained and read the book, and for those who have not, we highly encourage it. The book is available on Audio Books and Spotify, and some copies of the hard cover may be shared amongst co-workers.

Our June 30th dinner event will focus on the principles and offer an interactive workshop format, so that we can take these philosophies on board as a team and set the expectations and mood for our 2026 fiscal year.
