We had rave reviews about the food from last night! Everyone was highly impressed and really enjoyed it, I made sure I told everyone that it was by Catering Works.
Also, the guys that came and set everything up and kept the food filled were amazing! Pleasant, professional, and helpful.
I can not say enough good things about the food and service. Y'all were so accommodating and helpful (especially with the last minute vegetarian addition), I can not thank you enough!

First, let me start by saying King did an absolutely fabulous job both days. He’s very kind and considerate and very professional. We really like it when he takes care of us. Today, wow, what an experience. King barely got food on the tables…nothing even unwrapped and the drinks were still in the van, when the meeting broke 20 minutes early for lunch. They didn’t tell me it was happening, no notification, nothing…. King just rolled with it. 50 rather tall men just came pouring out of the meeting room into the tiny food vestibule we have and King, myself and the receptionist were in there pulling plastic wrap off of the food! King didn’t crack under pressure… he handled things really, really well. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his “calm in the storm” today. He was simply fabulous! Please thank him again for me.

Everything went more than well, everything was fantastic! It is amazing and reaffirming to reflect on our pleasurable process of planning a wedding with Catering Works. While we have worked together for years, Catering Works never ceases to amaze me! We met twice, e-mailed a couple of times and the result was: a beautiful venue, gorgeous flowers, scrumptious food, professional servers and service, entertaining music with impeccable timing, a delicious beautiful cake and 200 exuberant guests ~ not to mention the ecstatic bride & groom! I can’t thank you for your coordination of a very special evening.

The Catering Works relationship, is what drew me to consider The Woman’s Club as a wedding reception venue. The central location to RDU & great Crabtree hotels worked perfect for our numerous out of town guests. As I always say, Catering Works, you & Jill are the best!

Please thank Scott for being so very attentive to ALL the details – he adds new meaning to: “service with a smile”. Please thank him for being one step ahead of us all night long!

Joseph was pulling out of TWC as Steve & I were pulling in. We were sorry to have missed him. Please tell Joseph that the flowers were beautiful both at the Church and The Woman’s Club. Carrie gave him very little specifics on what she wanted (knowing he was the expert) and we were so pleased with his artistic creativity.

Please don’t hesitate to use us as a reference. My phone keeps ringing from guests that are anxious to tell me their favorite part of the evening. The really wonderful part is, everyone loved something different, from the cake, to the food, the flowers, the potato bar, to the flexible venue and the entertainment. Thanks for making Carrie & Andy’s wedding celebration so wonderful!

Yes, we just got back from our honeymoon. After hiking around a volcano, riding ATVs through the rain forest, and waking up to the howler monkeys outside our hotel window in Costa Rica, I am sad to say we are home. . . but, we have only just begun reminiscing about our wonderful day last weekend. Catering Works is who really made the party for all of our guests go so smoothly. We have had endless compliments on the food, flowers, table settings, and service, and I definitely had no worries knowing you all were in charge!

Thanks for being so personally helpful along the way planning too, especially since my mom was so far away. Tell Joseph his flowers were STUNNING. I am in love with my bouquet and it is hanging upside down right now, trying to be pretty for as long as possible.

Wow! I cannot say enough about how well the event went last night!!!!!! This is in VERY LARGE part to your staff and the food! I had so many compliments on the menu (especially the filet). But I actually had even more compliments on the staff… they were great to work with and the guests were very impressed with their ability to fade in to the crowd but still be there at the same time when needed (I should not be surprised since you are so AWESOME!). You two ROCK! The 47th annual NC Awards ceremony last night was a huge success. I am so glad I let you two guys talk me into all that crazy and beautiful furniture and lighting. The response was tremendous and everyone noticed that we stepped up the show by several notches! The tables were stunning – EW, your flowers were beautiful and John – your creativity and fabulous furniture did not go unnoticed!  EW – everyone loved the shortrib/mashed potato station and I loved what I saw on the buffet station. The limes were beautiful and the buffet presentation was lovely. No complaints there at all. Next year we need to have more desserts – but otherwise, I couldn’t be happier.  EW, I am only in the office Tuesday and Wednesday so as soon as you get me a final bill, I will have our office cut you a check and it can be ready in a day.  Many thanks again to two of my favorite guys. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with you—how much I appreciate your advice and your willingness to help us come up with a menu for all tastes. As you can imagine, the food was totally enjoyed, some platters licked clean, and the few leftovers munched on and sent home with the Raleigh resident sister.
And equally delightful to work with—your associates, those darling sisters (whose names I’ve obviously lost, please don’t tell them, or if you do, tell them I’m a disaster with both names and keys). They were so totally professional, thoughtful of all ages and whims, perceptive in what was needed, anticipated the wishes of special needs, totally conscientious.
Everyone was so pleased with the weekend, that we are talking about having a family reunion at the same hotel next year and at about the same time. If this works out, we’d like you and “the sisters” to do our foods. Maybe then I’ll get a piece of that chicken! You were so right about its being popular. And the amount of food was just fine. Most people did have their evening meal while others did a snack and probably “ate dinner” on the road home.

out perfect - it could not have been any better! The food was
delicious, the bar looked amazing, the decoration was perfect, the staff
was very nice, the cake was beautiful and delicious... there was not a
single flaw! In fact, several people approached us to ask who was our
caterer, because they were so impressed with everything! My mom asked
me to send you a special thanks for being so nice to her and working
with her on all of her ideas. She loved the cake and how you arranged
the docinhos! It was a pleasure working with you EW, and both Todd and
I are very grateful for all your work!

I just wanted to pass on the raves I received from the luncheon today.

The Teriyaki Beef & "Greek" Grilled Chicken were a big hit with the staff.
They also loved the Macadamia Nut Rice.

When I placed the order for this menu, I was not at all sure our people would care for it.....but received even more compliments on it than usual!
